About the role
- Contribute to product discovery and delivery cycles, impacting the team's products
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop new features, APIs, and improvements for scalability
- Build and implement new features
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Ensure a great customer experience, particularly in subscription, tenant, and customer management
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies - STD, STP
- Experience with work item tools like Jira
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- At least 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Mocha/Jest or any other test runner
- Experience with Playwright/Cypress
- Experience with Axios/Got/Postman or any other tool for REST API testing
- Experience with CI/CD processes
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
