About the role
- Partner directly with Global Payroll go-to-market and internal teams to support sales and success
- Work hand-in-hand with Global Payroll Account Executives to support prospective clients throughout sales through implementation hand-off
- Showcase the value of Deel’s Global Payroll Platform to deliver technical wins
- Consult with prospective customers to assess current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement and optimisation
- Act as the technical voice during sales cycles: own technical solution discoveries, late-stage platform demonstrations and integration workshops
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to advocate for prospect needs, accelerate deal velocity, and refine value messaging
- Challenge the status quo to scale, improve and refine processes
- Stay up-to-date on global payroll legislation, trends, and best practices
- Support Partnership and Marketing led initiatives
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial DNA with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable in a start-up, fast-moving environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant
- Experience of working for a Global Payroll or HCM organisation is preferred
- Background and understanding of best in class HCM and ERP payroll based integration, especially Workday and SuccessFactors
- Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory
- Outstanding presentational skills (multilingual capability is a bonus)
- Collaborative, team player
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application requires confirmation)
