About the role
- Ensure accurate processing and recording of multi clients and states
- Prepare and process a variety of journal entries and verify data
- Process payrolls for stock options, expatriates, additional incentives such as sales commission and awards
- Apply tax knowledge (IMSS, ISN and ISR) in payroll processing
- Lead day-to-day activities as an Expert for various Local Market clients
- Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes
- Management reporting and analysis
- Manage and maintain Payroll Calendars
- Participate in Special Projects as needed
- Perform administrative duties as needed
- Adhere to the escalation matrix and follow up procedures
- Maintain internal reporting requirements; update metrics & publish on schedule
- Represent the company’s best interest at all times
Requirements
- 90% English is mandatory; interviews will be held just in English only
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to operate in a structured and organized way
- Aptitude for analytical thinking in creating solutions
- Payroll experience, at least 5-7 years, not less
- Mexican Payroll knowledge and skills
- Hard understanding of Mexico Taxes
- End to end payroll process and calculations
- Head accountant experience for more than 500+ employees
- Experience in Global companies
- Knowledge of Annual process and Reports
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Tax software (Authorities' portals, SUA, IDSE, etc.)
