About the role
- Recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue teams across the region
- Recruit exceptional talent and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards
- Build a deep understanding of the Deel product and role requirements
- Develop and refine interview processes to optimize for efficiency and an amazing candidate experience
- Work with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies
- Ensure team culture aligns with Deel's key principles and maintain an incredible culture across Deel
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a talent acquisition focused role with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-up or tech company, mainly focusing on Revenue hiring
- Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function with a track record of hiring top talent quickly
- Comfortable handling complex candidate questions regarding compensation, equity, immigration and related issues
- Natural communicator able to engage the room when presenting, speaking and demonstrating
- Experience working with data to make processes more efficient
- English fluency (speak, read, and write)
- Nice to have: Experience as internal & external recruiter
