Recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue teams across the region
Recruit exceptional talent and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards
Build a deep understanding of the Deel product and role requirements
Develop and refine interview processes to optimize for efficiency and an amazing candidate experience
Work with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies
Ensure team culture aligns with Deel's key principles and maintain an incredible culture across Deel
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a talent acquisition focused role with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-up or tech company, mainly focusing on Revenue hiring
Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function with a track record of hiring top talent quickly
Comfortable handling complex candidate questions regarding compensation, equity, immigration and related issues
Natural communicator able to engage the room when presenting, speaking and demonstrating
Experience working with data to make processes more efficient
English fluency (speak, read, and write)
Nice to have: Experience as internal & external recruiter
