About the role
- Manage benefits service operations for assigned countries, ensuring strict adherence to global SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for benefits-related issues, managing escalations for EOR workers, clients, and 3rd-party partners (brokers, carriers, and tech vendors).
- Oversee standard onboarding and offboarding benefits processes to ensure a seamless experience for EOR workers.
- Educate HRX Country Managers on benefit operations and act as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Benefits Implementation and Broker Managers to refine delivery quality and contribute to benefits product planning and scoping.
- Actively monitor ticket queues and prioritize issues to maximize global service quality, offering cross-team support during peak periods in different markets.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating career growth and increasing responsibility.
- At least 2–3 years specifically serving as an HR Specialist or in a closely related benefits operations role.
- Proven experience or working knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR) models and global benefits landscapes.
- Exceptional ability to manage 3rd-party relationships (brokers/vendors) and collaborate with internal leadership across different time zones.
- Strong aptitude for issue prioritization and resolving complex compliance or service delivery challenges efficiently.
