About the role

  • Lead client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition to Deel’s platform.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and configure Deel’s solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide product expertise and guidance to clients during the implementation phase, including platform setup, integrations, and testing.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide training and support to clients on using Deel’s platform effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance implementation efficiency.
  • Ensure client feedback is captured and communicated to internal teams for product improvements.
  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and guiding clients through the implementation process
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or on-site implementations (if applicable)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
