About the role
- Design user-centric solutions that drive key growth metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to define, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses
- Design prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design intent
- Collaborate closely with different design teams to ensure a seamless user experience across product areas
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, identify friction points, and optimize the user journey
- Understand A/B testing frameworks and liaise with data on testing and results
- Balance product and business goals with exceptional user experience
- Contribute to the evolving design system and advance visual and interaction standards through motion
Requirements
- Experienced in end to end product design for web and app for at least 7 years
- Proven Growth Experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills, experimentation work, and measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar data analytic tools
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable being involved with the end to end development process (ideation to design QA)
- Ability to balance product and business goals with exceptional user experience
- Able to know when to go deep on a task and when to execute, action-biased
- Be passionate about design
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application requires confirmation)
