Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to implementation, such as planning quantitative/qualitative research, aligning design with product strategy, and collecting feedback
Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to define and prioritize solutions, and regularly engage with customer-facing teams (e.g. Program Management, Customer Support) to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
Use data-driven decision-making to identify key user insights and behaviours, and socialise findings to influence product development and strategy
Contribute to improvements of our design processes and ways of working for cross-functional teams to scale our Design team’s impact
Improve the consistency and accessibility of our user experience by helping maintain our design system’s component library, tokens, and quality standards.
Requirements
Have a user-centric and analytical mindset with a proven practice of leveraging user feedback and data insights to inform design decisions
Demonstrate a history of shipping features with a high bar for craft.
Build effective partnerships with Product and Engineering and proactively engage with prioritisation, planning, and product/design strategy
Are self-organised, curious, and documentation-forward
Are passionate about solving climate challenges. We share a genuine interest in the clean energy and electric vehicle industry, with a commitment to driving positive environmental change
Have 2-5 years experience working for a B2C or B2B2C product, mobile app experience preferred
