About the role

Craft intuitive, elegant interfaces that bring Gensyn’s compute protocol to life. Work closely with engineering and product teams to design seamless experiences for researchers, compute providers, and developers — turning complex distributed systems into tools that feel simple and human. Focus on product surfaces and help own and evolve our multi-product design system and web3 interaction patterns.
Lead user research to uncover insights and shape user journeys
Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with component-driven specs
Run usability testing and iterate quickly based on findings
Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility
Own and evolve Gensyn’s design system and interaction patterns
Design web3-specific flows: wallet connection, approvals, signing, deposits
Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and consistency across all touchpoints

3+ years of UX or product design experience shipping production web apps
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process
Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
Fluency in Figma (or equivalent tools)
Clear communication and collaborative mindset
Comfort working in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments
Hands-on product experience in Web3 (preferred)
Familiarity with analytics-driven iteration and experimentation (preferred)
Understanding of frontend implementation (HTML/CSS/JS) (preferred)
Experience building or maintaining a design system across multiple product surfaces (preferred)
Interest in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or cryptography (nice to have)
Hands-on experience with AI coding and prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, Figma Make) (nice to have)
