About the role
- Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, enabling payroll, HRIS, compliance, and benefits
- Be part of a cross-functional team with Backend Engineers, Product, Designers and QA
- Participate in product planning from discovery through deployment
- Collaborate to develop robust new features, APIs, and continuously improve industry-leading products
- Find and fix bugs quickly and ensure customers receive a white-glove product experience
- Work in a fast-growing SaaS company tackling challenges that impact millions of workers worldwide
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of TypeScript and React.js (Class Components, Functional Components and React Hooks)
- Great knowledge of state management tools
- Expert with HTML and CSS
- Firm understanding of server-side languages (we use Node.js on the Back-End)
- At least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- 5+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer
- Ability to advise on best practices and be a thought leader
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Business-focused approach to software development and Genuine Care for customers
- Experience working in distributed remote teams is a plus
