About the role

  • Develop and scale features for Commure's AI medical scribe using large language models to create accurate, structured clinical notes
  • Build and maintain infrastructure for audio processing, cloud services, and integrations with enterprise EHR systems
  • Lead projects from concept to production in a fast-paced environment, working closely with product and design teams
  • Rapidly onboard to the tech stack and ship code early (ship code in your first week)
  • Support Commure Scribe as part of an independent product team and share insights across the company
  • Work on growth-focused initiatives to expand user base

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
  • 3+ years of professional software development industry experience
  • Experience in environments where you have to ship quickly
  • Strong Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js/Express)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud), APIs, and production reliability best practices
  • Ability to rapidly onboard and ship code in first week
  • Required to work 5 days a week in Mountain View, CA office
  • Must follow information security policies and report security events; required to attest on hire and annually
