• You ensure that our packages are shipped on time and coordinate pickups with our shipping provider
• You proactively develop new processes and identify solutions to further automate existing workflows
• You analyze data from our internal processes regarding quality, costs, output, productivity, etc., and derive actionable recommendations
• You oversee projects within operations and take full responsibility for their implementation

• Your diverse tasks include creating social media content
• Managing our community and handling customer service
• You will create engaging content together with our team, such as DIYs and giveaways for our social media followers on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
• Actively expand UGC development and strengthen influencer partnerships
• You are the point of contact for customer inquiries and advise prospective customers with decoration ideas via email and phone
• You will have broad creative freedom and take on responsibility from day one
• You support decoration projects at top locations and with influencers and can contribute your own ideas
