About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operations Management: Ensuring timely dispatch of our packages and coordinating pickups with our shipping provider
Process Optimization: Developing new processes and solutions to automate existing workflows
Analyses: Analyzing internal processes with respect to quality, cost, output, and productivity
Project Management: Managing projects within operational operations with full responsibility for implementation
Communication & Planning: Close collaboration with the warehouse team
Purchasing: Coordinating and negotiating with suppliers and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial training, a degree, or other relevant experience
Enjoys quickly diving into new challenges and independently developing solutions
Hands-on mentality
Analytical skills and strong organizational ability
Excellent written and spoken German and advanced English skills
