About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your diverse tasks include creating social media content
- Managing our community and handling customer service
- You will create engaging content together with our team, such as DIYs and giveaways for our social media followers on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
- Actively expand UGC development and strengthen influencer partnerships
- You are the point of contact for customer inquiries and advise prospective customers with decoration ideas via email and phone
- You will have broad creative freedom and take on responsibility from day one
- You support decoration projects at top locations and with influencers and can contribute your own ideas
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have an affinity for party decoration
- You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Design, or Marketing
- Ideally you have some practical experience in online & social media marketing and the eCommerce sector
- You speak and write fluent German
- You are comfortable interacting directly with customers
- You enjoy being in front of the camera
- You confidently contribute creative ideas
- You are willing to pitch in when needed and take the lead on viral marketing activities
- We prefer mandatory (course-required) internships with a duration of at least 3 months
