AI Engineer

• Lead the delivery of highly engaging, interactive, and practical workshops on AI, Python, Prompt Engineering, and automation tools.
• Own delivery quality and metrics for key client cohorts, acting as the Lead Tutor for complex accounts and high-stakes learner groups.
• Guide learners through complex technical exercises, providing coaching, feedback, and support to overcome blockers and apply learning in their roles.
• Run live-coding and interactive automation sessions with confidence, showcasing best practices in using AI tools for rapid prototyping and productivity.
• Author original modular learning assets, including hands-on automation labs, workshop guides, hackathon challenges, and technical toolkits to close specific learner gaps.
• Identify gaps in the existing curriculum based on classroom feedback and iterate on materials to ensure they remain highly relevant and up to date.
• Ensure all learning content is pedagogically sound, accessible to non-technical business professionals, and aligned with Decoded's high delivery standards.
• Maintain a strong practitioner-level understanding of the AI & Automation landscape, particularly low-code/no-code automation tools.

Lead Instructor – AI & Automation

Compliance

• Working with the Admissions, Delivery, Client Management, Finance and Product teams to provide dedicated compliance support for our apprenticeship offering
• Supporting the team to maintain an accurate ILR
• Staying up to date with the Department for Education’s (DfE) apprenticeship funding rules and guidance
• Responding appropriately to business demands and requirements, such as DfE Funding Assurance (audit) visits
• Maintaining accurate learner records through audit activities in accordance with funding requirements to ensure 100% accuracy
• Supporting timely and accurate draw down of funding + accurate data entries onto government systems and internal learning platforms
• Supporting audit activities and taking all necessary steps to resolve any identified issues
• Documenting company processes and supporting the implementation of changes and improvements
• Monitoring apprenticeship delivery activity to ensure compliance with apprenticeship funding rules
• Liaising with delivery teams regarding aspects of compliance
• Answering compliance queries from other teams
• Supporting the implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
• Responding and resolving potential breaches of rules/regulations, policies and procedures by regular monitoring and evaluation across teams
• Reporting providing performance and data reports to assist with data analysis and identifying areas for continuous improvement
• Creating and maintaining reports on compliance for various functions of the business

Funding and Compliance Administrator

Artificial Intelligence

• Deliver best-in-class Digital Innovation workshops to apprenticeship learners
• Teach learning content to groups of apprenticeship learners via virtual workshops
• Work with Learner Success Coaches (LSCs) to ensure learners progress through the programme
• Contribute to product improvement and content development
• Maintain timekeeping and classroom management

• To operate efficiently, constantly innovating with our business partners to achieve organisational confidence, value for money and excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.
• Delivering solutions to address industry skills gaps for mid-career and new industry entrant learners, working with Decoded SMEs to provide a tailored and individualised learning plan.
• The achievement and timely progress of learners through training, support and assessment practises.
• Developing the abilities, knowledge, skill, behaviours and confidence of each learner working towards level 3 and level 4 qualifications.
• Supporting the learners’ ability to work confidently, effectively and independently in life and work as part of the apprenticeship programme.
• Developing individual learning plans to demonstrate learner progression, ensuring critical milestones are planned and met.
• Maintaining accurate records of individual learner progress, coordinating the planning of and signing off on learning activities and assessment decisions, and actioning IQA feedback in BUD/Canvas.
