• Being a trusted guide for clients: Supporting the client and their team through the delivery process. This means having a clear understanding of the programme objectives, garnering regular feedback, providing actions to ensure complete client satisfaction and providing the information necessary to demonstrate the impact of Decoded programmes.
• Setting projects and programmes up for success: Supporting Decoded teams through the delivery process and holding them to account. Managing the delivery of Decoded programmes to ensure they’re being flawlessly operationalised, raising and helping to find solutions to potential barriers or issues affecting delivery and ensuring that Decoded is on track to meet the client's expectations.
• Creating opportunities for growth within client base: Creating the conditions for growth within accounts by delivering successful programmes, managing resources effectively, spotting new and recurring opportunities and sharing this information with Client Directors and the Decoded sales team.

• Acting as a primary internal authority for Data Science and Analytics, ensuring technical accuracy, relevance, and industry alignment across all programmes.
• Acting as the end-to-end owner of learning products, designing systemic educational solutions - such as internal AI tools or automated grading processes, to solve delivery challenges at scale.
• Designing, developing, and continuously improving high-quality, production-ready learning content
• Delivering engaging, high-impact workshops to adult learners in virtual classrooms
• Providing pedagogical coaching and line management to the Analytics team.
• Leading the pedagogical scoping and educational narrative for commercial bids, working alongside sales and operational teams to ensure technical deliverables are feasible.
• Managing the end-to-end delivery cycle of complex learning projects, ensuring all technical and pedagogical milestones are met.

• You will be a primary architect and builder of bespoke software engineering programmes for our most ambitious clients.
• You will work confidently with client Engineering Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to craft solutions that elevate software capabilities across diverse tech stacks.
• Maintain deep technical competence across the full SDLC and multiple programming languages.
• Champion the use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude) and robust testing methodologies in all learning solutions.
• Partner with clients to design high-impact software engineering academies and upskilling journeys.
• Build, test, and deploy code repositories and technical challenges for client pilots.
