About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver best-in-class Digital Innovation workshops to apprenticeship learners
  • Teach learning content to groups of apprenticeship learners via virtual workshops
  • Work with Learner Success Coaches (LSCs) to ensure learners progress through the programme
  • Contribute to product improvement and content development
  • Maintain timekeeping and classroom management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Over 2 years of experience teaching AI, automation, in a school, university or higher level
  • Practitioner-level expertise in enterprise workflow automation tools, with particular focus on Power Automate across cloud and desktop, Zapier, n8n, or Make
  • Advanced practical knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
  • Understanding and applying Lean methodology, process waste identification, value stream mapping, and basic process notation styles
  • Coding expertise on extending low-code platform capabilities using artificial intelligence assistants
  • Applied practical knowledge of writing, modifying, and debugging lightweight Python or JavaScript code
  • Excellent and adaptable communicator, verbally and in writing
  • Self-motivated and a problem solver who takes initiative
  • Team player eager to improve programmes and contributes to overall morale
