- Cultivate a culture of accountability, clarity, and proactive communication, empowering teams to deliver their best work.
- Design and implement future-state outcomes and use cases that set new benchmarks for efficiency and standardization.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies into our business strategies.
- Optimize performance with data-driven insights, automation, and streamlined processes.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Delivery Leads, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Inspire innovation, drive continuous improvement, and champion a culture where every voice is heard and valued.
Requirements
- Visionary leader with a Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
- Certified in Program Management and/or Product Ownership (CPM, CSPO, PSPO, ACPMPO, or equivalent).
- 15+ years of experience driving strategy and program management in omni-channel environments.
- Proven track record of delivering digital and data-driven business value, with deep financial acumen.
- Experience leading global teams and managing complex, matrixed organizations.
- Master communicator, able to inspire and align senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action—innovative, collaborative, and relentlessly focused on results.
- Champion of equity, inclusion, and diversity, with infectious enthusiasm and a growth mindset.
