Sales Development Rep

• Contact potential clients based on a provided list.
• Qualify business opportunities through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
• Identify stakeholders, understand their needs, and discuss how we can address them.
• Schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Ensure proper transfer of client information into the system.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies aimed at generating new clients and target accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales development objectives.

SDR, Spanish Market

• Identify and engage potential customers.
• Build the first relationship with them.
• Create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
• Run outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone to open conversations.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding each prospect's context, needs, and priorities.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Prepare clean context for each handoff so the AE walks in fully informed.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date (HubSpot).
• Complete a structured onboarding built around real sustainability use cases.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to test and improve outreach.
• Own your activity and conversion metrics, and review them weekly with your manager.
• Meet or exceed your sales development targets.
