About the role
- Deliver a reliable HRIS experience by ensuring data accuracy, system security, and full compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
- Partner with HR, IT, and the DCC Global HRIS Systems team to design, configure, and enhance the system, so it evolves with business and colleague needs.
- Provide prompt support by troubleshooting issues quickly and collaborating with internal and external partners to minimise disruption.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and proactive corrective actions, giving colleagues confidence in the information they use.
- Empower HR and leaders with insights by creating custom reports and dashboards that highlight trends, performance indicators, and opportunities.
- Support the wider HR team flexibly, always prioritising a positive service experience for colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven ability of learning new systems quickly.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to deadlines, in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer focus and service mindset approach, both internally and externally.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation, with fluent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent team player, collaborative and able to use initiative to problem-solve and provide solutions.
- A people-centric & results orientated approach that is motivated by providing standards of excellence.
- Flexible approach and able to work to business needs/demands.
