About the role

  • Grow a pipeline
  • You’ll identify and target new business opportunities including prospective clients, industry sectors and strategic partnerships.
  • Working with the marketing team, you’ll create demand and lead gen campaigns and initiatives.
  • Win new business
  • You’ll lead the team of consultants, project managers and other support staff that closes new business and helps you hit your sales targets.
  • Cross sell and upsell
  • You’ll grow existing customers by identifying and closing cross sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Forecast and report accurately
  • You’ll provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports highlighting pipeline health and sales successes.
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • You’ll work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on strategy and messaging.

  • A strategic thinker, you’ve strong negotiation skills and a real eye for an opportunity.
