About the role
- Lead strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, transformation programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and other critical programs.
- Coordinate programs or projects applying best practices.
- Develop and manage the project budget and control project costs.
- Manage conflicts and resolve challenges in multi-department projects.
- Deliver executive presentations and actively manage stakeholders.
- Practice servant leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
- Implement and manage management indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in project management.
- Experience interacting with C-level executives in large organizations.
- Strong experience managing strategic and transformation projects.
- Experience in company integration projects — M&A (mergers and acquisitions).
- Experience with highly complex, multi-department projects.
- Previous experience in corporate project management offices (PMO).
- Experience with predictive approaches (WBS, Microsoft Project, status reports, etc.).
- Experience with Agile approaches (ceremonies, artifacts, roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach).
- Experience with hybrid approaches (predictive and agile).
- Ability to manage expectations and readiness across client areas.
- Results-oriented with organized delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Advanced or fluent English.
