About the role
- Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship, and polite communication.
- Inform the Project Manager of the progress of the project daily, including any customer concerns, problems, delays, etc.
- Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower and materials on each project.
- Monitor, schedule and report on the activities of the company’s independent subcontractors.
- Ensure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of the subcontractors and job sites.
- Perform carpentry work as needed; framing, misc. finish carpentry
- Job-site clean up
- Communication with property owners
- Miscellaneous punchlist items
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Applicant should be able to do several trades including drywall, paint, trim work, doors, framing and exterior work
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use various power and hand tools
