Clinical Operations

• Support the oversight and execution of global clinical trials from study start-up through closeout.

Deputy Head of Clinical Operations

• Develop and execute global product monitoring and PMS strategy for combination products.
• Lead post-market professionals responsible for the timely and effective handling, management, preparation, and assembly of information for complaint determination, complaint evaluation, vigilance reporting, field action/recall executions and APQR management.
• Comply with established global regulations and procedures for complaint and reportable event handling (post-market vigilance) to ensure timely, uniform, and accurate complaint processing and issuance of initial, supplemental, and final reports to regulatory agencies for reportable events.
• Lead Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) and ensure integration of complaint trends, field performance, CAPA effectiveness, and stability data.

Director, Global Product Monitoring – Post-Market Surveillance

Systems Engineer

• Ensure QMS processes such as deviation, CAPA, change control, document control, and training are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures, including management of associated electronic systems.
• Maintain and update QMS documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and policies, ensuring they remain accurate, current, and compliant.
• Maintain control documents in eDMS, ensuring they follow the approved lifecycle and comply with established procedures.
• Serve as the business administrator for the eQMS, eDMS, and eLMS.
• Provide training and guidance to QMS end-users.

• Lead supplier quality activities to ensure externally supplied materials, components, and services meet GMP, ISO 13485, and internal standards.
• Support the audit program, CAPA follow-up, and Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs) in partnership with Supplier Owner and cross-functional teams.
• Support the audit program: annual plan, execution, reporting, and follow-up of CAPA effectiveness.

• Receive, review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, proper authorization, matching to purchase orders/receipts (3-way match), and correct coding to general ledger accounts/cost centers.

• The Director leads the development of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), oversees statistical programming and quality control for analysis datasets, tables, figures, and listings (TFLs), and supports internal decision-making through rigorous exploratory and inferential analyses.
• In close collaboration with Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, and Data Management, the role ensures analyses are scientifically sound, traceable, and aligned with applicable guidance (e.g., ICH E9, ICH-GCP) to enable timely clinical study reporting and regulatory submissions.
