About the role

  • Become a DBeaver product expert and deliver engaging demos and presentations
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and tailor technical solutions
  • Provide timely pre-sales technical support to resolve issues during the sales cycle
  • Engage customers and partners through training workshops, sales/marketing materials, and industry events
  • Research competition and keep up with database management trends
  • Share customer insights to inform product development and drive customer growth and efficiency

Requirements

  • Solid experience with multiple types of databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, cloud databases)
  • Bonus: experience with database management tools
  • Previous experience with technical sales or in a customer- or user-facing role
  • Clear and concise communication; ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Friendly, engaging personality and passion for helping customers succeed
  • Ability to think on your feet and creatively address customer needs
  • Team-oriented and willing to collaborate
  • Ability to travel as needed (minimal travel expected)
  • Passion for databases and eagerness to learn; quick learner
