About the role
- Write efficient, effective, and inspiring creative briefs grounded in original insights, calibrated for cultural relevance, and focused on client outcomes
- Identify innovative ways in which messages can come to life today.
- Uncover insights, shape ideas, and bridge stories from brands to consumers.
- Write GTM frameworks and multi-market comms plans that put our creative work into culture, media, and market in strategically aligned, and impactful, ways
- Remain consistently curious and up-to-date on AI and other emerging trends - gathering intel, streamlining insights, and predicting ways of working in the future.
- Be an energetic presence who leads by example, thinks a step ahead, and looks for opportunities to grow yourself, your strategists, and our opportunities.
- Earn the trust of clients and collaborators alike every day with emotional intelligence and a partnership-oriented approach to the job.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years experience of experience in varied strategic roles (brand, social, planning)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong desire to redefine and shape something new within this space
- Experience leading teams and work streams at all stages of the process
- Experience growing and developing teams
- Experience simplifying ideas - taking the complex and making it simple
- Experience collaborating with creative partners
- Willingness to be in the work, not just lead others doing the work
- Knowledge of relevant tools and research platforms
- Innately curious, open minded, organized, and a self-starter
