Define and prioritize the platform roadmap, including shared services, integrations, and architecture improvements that enable speed and innovation across teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product line managers, engineering, and design to ensure platform initiatives align with customer and business priorities.
Drive measurable impact, tracking success through adoption, system performance, developer enablement, and commercial outcomes.
Act as the voice of the customer and internal teams, identifying pain points and opportunities for consistency and efficiency across the product ecosystem.
Champion interoperability and reusability, ensuring our platform supports a unified, best-in-class experience for customers and end users.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business cases and actionable priorities that rally stakeholders and secure alignment.
Serve as an internal evangelist, helping Daxko teams understand and leverage the platform’s full potential.
Contribute to go-to-market success by supporting enablement, documentation, and internal communication around new platform capabilities.
Requirements
Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure-level product initiatives within a multi-product SaaS organization with Health and Fitness software, Membership Management Systems or CRMs.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect platform investments to business outcomes.
Demonstrated success working across multiple teams and disciplines to deliver shared, scalable solutions.
Experience managing technical products or services such as APIs, integrations, authentication, data pipelines, or developer tools.
A passion for customer-centric thinking—even when your “customers” are internal product and engineering teams.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with a track record of aligning stakeholders at all levels.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities evolve and collaboration is key.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management or a related area
Experience delivering products or platform integrations to market in the Health and Fitness industry or with Membership Management and CRM systems
Experience managing products or platforms with measurable business impact
Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Product management certification (Pragmatic Marketing or equivalent)
