About the role
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to grow and enhance Velocity Black’s luxury concierge offering
- Work closely with operations, sales, engineering, and leadership
- Dream up and deliver new luxury concierge features
- Responsible for optimizing in-market products
- Shape the product development roadmap for new launches
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create innovative concierge experiences
Requirements
- A knowledge and passion for emerging AI/ML technologies
- Hands-on experience building or using LLM solutions
- A strong understanding of strengths and weaknesses of current LLM models
- Strong track record of owning and developing a product while working closely with risk
- Use SQL to build a data-back strategy, identify insights, and troubleshoot issues
- Comfortable with backend products
