Support operational execution of clinical trials and development programs across disease areas.
Provide operational and strategic input to cross-functional study teams.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to support study management, process improvements, and clinical operations initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ICH, GCP, and regulatory guidelines and maintain high standards of data integrity.
Partner with investigators and clinical sites to strengthen relationships and improve trial delivery.
Contribute to innovation, digital adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives within clinical operations.
Support global and local initiatives aligned with clinical development priorities.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in clinical operations, drug development, or related field
Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines (ICH/GCP)
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams in a dynamic environment
Experience supporting clinical studies, enabling projects, or operational initiatives preferred.
