About the role
- Lead SEO & GEO strategy for AI and organic search visibility
- Optimize content with structured data, schema, and conversational queries
- Collaborate with MLR and web teams to ensure compliance
- Manage agencies and educate internal teams on SEO/GEO best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years ’ experience in SEO/Digital Marketing
- 2+ years in a highly regulated industry (Pharma, Biotech, Finance, Insurance)
- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI search, RAG, and entity-based SEO
- Deep experience with Schema.org, Knowledge Graphs , and SEO tools (GSC, SEMrush, etc.)
- Proven experience navigating MLR/PRC review processes
