About the role
- Responsible for providing redeployment services for NxStage Home Hemodialysis (HHD) equipment
- Includes dialysis machine and water system disinfections and testing, vendor coordination, scheduling with clinic teammates and patients, troubleshooting logistics issues
- Effectively communicating with supervisor
- Performs redeployment procedures (decontamination and testing) on dialysis delivery systems to prepare them for storage and redeployment
- Communicates with clinic teams, patients, machine vendor, and transportation services regarding normal equipment order operations
- Organizes orders in tracking files and inventory systems
- Communicates reporting to supervisor
- Troubleshoots order issues by communicating with patient/clinic and asking questions to machine vendor and transport services
- Demonstrates a commitment to learning and seeks opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in redeployment operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of professional experience required
- Experience in logistics, operations coordination, healthcare, equipment maintenance, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone communication
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work within tracking systems, inventory platforms, and reporting tools
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety protocols with a high level of accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately
- Ability to work independently under supervision in a structured, process-driven environment
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
