About the role

  • Lead approximately 10 dialysis centers, 230 teammates
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction
  • Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities
  • Monitor division performance and work closely with Divisional Vice President or SVP
  • Address top growth priorities, patient census, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions
  • Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities
  • Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, labor management, and clinical outcomes
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT
  • Work directly with FAs in clinics to identify and address employee and patient concerns

Requirements

  • Leadership for a multi-site operational business
  • Experience leading a unified team
  • Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • Available for moderate travel 15%-25%
