About the role
- Be an Epic expert and become Epic Certified
- Exhibit strong research/assessment skills: Scan market for best practices to implement in Epic
- Conduct primary research with nephrologists
- Interpret research to build ideal physician workflows
- Work independently with physicians and their practices to determine best course of action to configure, and take action for optimizing workflow within Epic independentl y
- Support users and training team with build fixes and responding to questions about workflow design
- Learn about future trends in EHR technology to support and promote high value build and functionality in areas such as Interoperability for Nephrologists and their practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge and experience in the following areas: Epic Community Connect Nephrology and kidney care
- Project scoping and management
- Proficiency with the following tools: Epic tools such as Nova and Sherlock, Product/Project Management tools such as Asana, Product Board, JIRA/Confluence, Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency In Healthcare IT Security Concepts
- System access best practices/user provisioning
- System risk assessment
- Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements
- Patient care considerations to access.
