About the role
- Create systems and pipelines to collect and transform data into reliable and accessible datasets.
- Develop data models for analysis, produce data analytic solutions, and automate reports.
- Design, build, and maintain pipelines integrating various medical and pharmacy data.
- Apply rigorous data quality, deduplication, and crosswalk logic.
- Partner with the IT team to enhance scalable environments.
- Collaborate with IT to design dashboards.
- Develop Excel solutions to reduce manual effort.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant field with 7+ years of relevant work experience is required
- Experience and proficiency with SQL is required
- Experience with Python is preferred
- Experience with HTML/CSS is preferred
- Experience with commercial medical claims data is preferred
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
