About the role
- Produce routine data reports and summaries
- Maintain and update performance dashboards and data visualizations
- Analyze program demographics, census, utilization, outcomes and other key data
- Apply established statistical tools and reporting methods
- Work closely with the Foundation’s various teams to extract data from multiple systems
- Assist in the preparation, production and dissemination of publications, presentations and research resources
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required; statistics, data analytics or related degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in program management with a focus on data analytics
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in data management, data analysis, statistical reporting, data visualization and qualitative research methods
- Experience with statistical software such as SAS and R
- Knowledge of data governance principles and experience applying operational excellence practices
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
