Requirements

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record (+7y) of designing and implementing large-scale commercial enablement or business transformation initiatives, within the Pharmaceutical or Primary Packaging sector.
  • Natural bridge-builder, aligning Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Services.
  • Can-do attitude and thrives in fast-paced, global environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
