Risk

• Support Coding Supervisors in monitoring coders in quality and efficiency and serve as a resource and facilitator
• Review rebuttals submitted by coders and provide education or escalate when appropriate
• Answer coding questions for assigned coders and trend questions to identify training opportunities; collaborate with Client and Training Teams
• Track audits completed per coder to ensure timely feedback and assist with auditing when needed
• Support new hires as a coder-buddy
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with coders focused on quality improvement
• Assist in tracking coder KPI and quality metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Coach employees who are not meeting expectations and recommend performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure 95% accuracy expectation is met
• Report trends for education opportunities in both quality and productivity to management
• Assist in coding to meet the monthly production goals while maintaining quality at 95% or higher
• Perform any other tasks required by management
