About the role
- Lead the implementation of tokenization solutions for clinical trials
- Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and key deliverables
- Act as liaison between internal teams and external life sciences sponsors
- Work with account teams to implement training and measurement plans
- Educate sponsors on tokenization strategies
- Standardize training programs and best practices
- Track and communicate progress to leadership and sponsors
Requirements
- Understanding of the Life Sciences industry, with a focus on clinical development
- Prior experience working with clinical operations stakeholders at life sciences organizations, CROs, and/or eClinical partners
- Prior experience leading clinical trial engagements
- Demonstrated competence in scope and expectation management
- Proven ability to manage project-based work in an agile environment
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated flexibility in leadership and team roles
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Must live in EST
