About the role
- As an Account Manager, you will take on a hybrid role, balancing the growth of new business opportunities with the expansion and development of existing accounts.
- Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own a big part of the sales strategy and its execution in tandem with other departments (Delivery & Technology).
- You will directly contribute to our revenue growth, build strong sales processes, oversee pipelines from qualification to close and manage day-to-day sales operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional telecom enterprise sales or consulting experience in a fast-paced client facing and results oriented environment.
- A clear understanding of how telecom organisations make decisions related to data, analytics, and AI, & how to influence them, with a proven pedigree in helping a business deliver significant growth
- Ability to be a thought leader and thought partner to our clients, discussing the latest trends in data, analytics, and AI related to telecom
- Ability to communicate and influence all levels of stakeholders across functions (especially tech, engineering, data science, sales, marketing and finance)
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- You have a consultative ‘listen-first’ approach and understand what motivates people & tailor your messaging accordingly.
- Exceptional people skills, builds rapport easily.
