About the role
- Own and grow your territory, from pipeline generation to closing
- Partner with BDRs on account planning and messaging
- Land new logos and build strategic relationships with clients
- Navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision-makers
- Become a true product expert to challenge and guide prospects toward high-impact solutions
- Optimize sales strategies and share market insights to fuel our growth engine
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally in multiple industries or verticals
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action, comfortable in fast-moving, dynamic environments
- A positive, “all-in” attitude, a collaborative spirit, and hunger to win
