Solutions Engineer

• Lead technical discovery aligned to customer pain points, audit workflows, and industry use cases.
• Create and deliver high-impact custom demos that address real audit/test procedures and highlight ROI.
• Run proof-of-value pilots with clear goals, timelines, and success measures.
• Validate technical feasibility, product fit, and use cases from both IA and EA perspectives.
• Act as a key technical voice for the North American market, bringing customer insights and regional needs into the organization.
• Provide continuous feedback to Product & Engineering on market-specific use cases and feature gaps.
• Collaborate with AEs and AMs to drive new revenue, upsell, and cross-sell across all customer segments.
• Participate in all stages of the deal cycle, including discovery, demos, pilots, RFPs, and infosec questionnaires.
• Own CRM documentation, deal handovers, and solution fit validation.
• Take initiative in building new workflows, improving SE practices, and contributing to global SE initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor influencing customer tech & AI strategy.

Solutions Engineer – Audit, Accounting

Customer Success Manager

• Onboarding & Workflow Design: Guide customers through product setup and activation, designing custom workflows that maximize efficiency. You'll build scalable onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-value and set the foundation for long-term success.
• Data-Driven Customer Engagement: Design and execute scaled customer engagement strategies using data analytics, customer segmentation, and health scoring. Review customer usage data to identify patterns, predict risks, and proactively intervene with targeted campaigns and resources.
• Design and Lead customer messaging: Create and deliver clear, impactful communication strategies that keep customers informed and engaged. You’ll ensure messaging is consistent, timely, and tailored to different customer segments.
• Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of DataSnipper’s products and services to serve as a trusted advisor to customers. You’ll provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot issues, and help customers leverage features to achieve their goals.
• Discovery & Analysis: Conduct assessments to uncover process inefficiencies and automation opportunities. Use available information, dashboard analytics, and usage data to identify expansion opportunities, feature gaps, and areas where customers can achieve greater efficiency through enhanced implementation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate customer feedback into technical requirements. Partner with Renewal Managers by providing data-driven insights on customer health, technical adoption metrics, and expansion opportunities to drive customer retention and growth.
• Scaled Customer Programs: Build and manage digital-first success programs that serve hundreds of customers simultaneously. Develop automated nurture campaigns, self-service resources, webinar series, and community programs that drive adoption and value realization without requiring 1:1 engagement.

Digital Customer Success Manager, SMB

Account Manager

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers across Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
• Build deep, multi-threaded relationships and uncover whitespace to expand product usage
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer priorities and evolving needs
• Lead commercial conversations and negotiate renewals and expansions
• Own the full renewal cycle end-to-end, including proactive renewal planning, commercial alignment, risk mitigation, and securing long-term agreements that drive retention and net revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong adoption and measurable value realization
• Surface customer insights and expansion blockers to help shape product and go-to-market strategies
• Deliver accurate expansion forecasts and consistently exceed growth targets
