• Lead technical discovery aligned to customer pain points, audit workflows, and industry use cases.
• Create and deliver high-impact custom demos that address real audit/test procedures and highlight ROI.
• Run proof-of-value pilots with clear goals, timelines, and success measures.
• Validate technical feasibility, product fit, and use cases from both IA and EA perspectives.
• Become the primary technical voice for the Southern Europe market, representing regional needs, regulations, and customer insights.
• Provide continuous feedback to Product & Engineering on use cases and feature gaps.

• Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across Product and Engineering - from intake to offer - delivering a fast, high-quality, and candidate-centric experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior engineering/product leaders to shape hiring strategy, calibrate candidate quality, and drive efficient decision-making throughout the process.
• Execute on targeted sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse pipelines; leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent networks, and community-based sourcing.
• Drive proactive outreach and headhunting to engage passive talent, using a compelling and personalised approach that reflects the DataSnipper brand.
• Conduct structured screening and assessment processes, providing clear and data-informed recommendations to hiring teams.

• Manage offer negotiations - structuring competitive packages, handling counteroffers, and closing candidates effectively.
• Contribute to and execute on the talent strategy for tech hiring in collaboration with the TA team and key stakeholders; including sourcing channels and interview frameworks.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and share progress with the team.
• Actively use AI tools throughout the recruitment workflow - from sourcing and outreach to candidate evaluation - to work efficiently and at scale.
• Support broader TA team initiatives such as employer branding, process improvement, and interview enablement for hiring managers.
