• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Engineering, Product) in the US, acting as the primary tech TA specialist for the Americas.
• Own all hiring across the NAM and LATAM regions, for GTM functions including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles across your remit - from intake to offer - delivering a fast, high-quality, and candidate-centric experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and GTM to shape hiring strategy, calibrate candidate quality, and drive efficient decision-making.
• Challenge and shape role scopes in partnership with hiring managers, aligning success criteria with market realities and setting up structured, consistent intake processes that set the hiring team up for success.
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse pipelines; leveraging Boolean search, AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent networks, and community-based sourcing across the Americas.
• Drive proactive outreach and headhunting to engage passive talent, using a compelling and personalised approach that reflects the DataSnipper brand.
• Conduct structured screening and assessment processes, providing clear and data-informed recommendations to hiring teams.
• Guide candidates through the entire process, ensuring a great experience at every touchpoint.
• Manage offer negotiations - structuring competitive packages, handling counteroffers, and closing candidates effectively.
• Contribute to and execute on the talent strategy for tech and GTM hiring in collaboration with the global TA team and key stakeholders, including sourcing channels and interview frameworks.
• Own hiring outcomes and funnel health across your areas, tracking pipeline quality, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and hiring velocity to drive continuous improvement and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead and contribute to TA programs such as referral schemes, talent events, and community initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to build pipeline and strengthen DataSnipper’s presence in the Americas market.
• Support broader TA team initiatives such as employer branding, process improvement, and interview enablement for hiring managers.
• Actively contribute to elevating the team’s overall practice, sharing market insights, championing process improvements, and helping shape how we hire at scale.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Design and build production APIs and services, primarily in Python and C#, that power financial statement review workflows.
• Develop AI-powered agents and workflows that automate the preparation and checking of financial statements, integrating LLMs and document-understanding pipelines.
• Contribute to the React web front end, where auditors review, correct, and approve results.
• Keep results trustworthy by pairing LLMs with deterministic checks, correctness is never left to guesswork.
• Integrate with Azure and its AI services.
• Implement security controls aligned with OWASP and OWASP GenAI security guidance.
• Architect services and systems using well-established design principles, anticipating future use cases.
• Write robust, production-ready code that anticipates edge cases, unit, integration, and end-to-end tests are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
• Raise the engineering bar through high-quality code reviews, technical mentorship, and establishing best practices.
• Diagnose complex issues across services and use operational data to drive stability improvements.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and stay accountable for what you ship.
• Break down epics, align dependencies, and help the team navigate ambiguity.
• Partner with product managers and designers to shape solutions, refine the roadmap, and simplify technical approaches.
• Foster a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing within the team and with business stakeholders.
• Use AI-assisted engineering effectively and responsibly, critically evaluating AI output and helping the team adopt it well.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and leveling up the team.

Senior Software Engineer – Financial Statement Suite

Technical Product Manager

• Own the document intelligence pipeline.
• Technical direction for how we ingest, parse, extract, classify, and summarize unstructured documents — the tooling that converts raw documents into structured, queryable data.
• Own the product strategy for the document intelligence platform, translating customer and agent-team needs into clear requirements and the tooling roadmap (APIs, workflows, and internal platforms) that makes those needs shippable and maintainable.
• How processed documents and their derived data are stored, indexed, and served — so agentic flows can retrieve the right information quickly and reliably.
• Own the creation and running of the evals that measure and improve extraction, classification, and summarization quality at scale — defining the quality bar each capability meets before it ships.
• Decisions on models, extraction techniques, and build-vs-buy across the document-processing stack; cost/performance/accuracy trade-offs; staying current as document-AI techniques evolve.
• Engineering is your primary partner — you operate as a technical peer to engineering managers and tech leads.

Senior Technical Product Manager – Document Intelligence

• Own the agent runtime architecture.
• Provide technical direction for our agent runtimes: agent orchestration and multi-step loops, context and memory management, retrieval strategy, tool execution and orchestration, model routing and fallbacks, guardrails, caching, streaming, and concurrency.
• Define and own the non-functional requirements of the platform including how well the platform runs: latency, throughput, reliability, graceful degradation, scalability under concurrent agent load, token-cost economics, security, and observability/telemetry.
• Own the creation and running of product evals that prove our agents are accurate and reliable.
• Oversee the model strategy including model selection, swaps, and provider decisions; cost/performance trade-offs; staying current as frontier models move.
• Track market intelligence and provide thought leadership on agentic systems to differentiate the company.
