About the role
- Focus on building the NEW partner motion and accelerating time from legal agreement to sourcing opportunities to Dataiku and first joint win
- Drive partner research and identify partner fit and targets based on parameters of joint right to win
- Execute the recruitment plan for the designated regions, covering various partner types and routes to market
- Collaborate with Partner Enablement, Partner Strategy & Programs, Partner Marketing to develop joint strategies and priorities to scale and accelerate
- Own the path to revenue and pipeline growth for the ‘new partner’ segment
- Co-lead test and learning of new routes to market in the field (ie Reseller, Distributors)
- Contribute to the coordination of the development of industry-specific and departmental-specific solutions with partners
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across various business functions
- Cultivate executive relationships with the leadership of key developing partners across the region
- Represent Dataiku at industry events, embodying and upholding Dataiku’s core values
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in developing partnerships and revenue-generating partner relationships
- Experience in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration, AI, etc.
- Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and applying a consultative approach in customer/partner interactions
- Background in positioning innovative solutions
- Strong ability to develop joint value propositions with partners and to cultivate champions within partner organizations
- Ability to articulate competitive positioning and differentiation
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt to change
- Strong social, outreach and brand building for Dataiku but also as the ‘recognized’ influencer to attract new partners to Dataiku
- Strong sales and program management ethos: trust building, coaching, partnering with Sales SVP to AEs
