About the role
- act as a conduit between clients and technical development teams
- lead workshops to elicit requirements and craft solutions
- provide application support to existing customers
- engage with multiple projects with high-profile clients
Requirements
- Implemented and trained end-users on D365 F&O
- Broad and also deep understanding of all D365 F&O business modules
- Warehousing experience, including scanning solutions are preferred
- Worked with registered solutions, AppSource apps and older versions of D365 F&O
- Experience assisting with the pre-sales process and providing direction and leadership to project teams
- Focus on delivering high quality solutions that meet customer needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional relationship management, presentation and communication skills are vital
- Proven experience running workshops
- Solid experience with solution design including the delivery of high quality solutions according to set time-lines is essential
- Team players who are customer focused
