• Investigating and troubleshooting all invoices needing review that are not auto processed
• Work with the client to identify issues and offer suggestions on improving carrier contracts
• Provide auditing services for customers and check incoming invoices from transportation companies
• Daily contact with transportation companies and clients in the EMEA and APAC regions to correct faults
• Collaborate with the Account Coordinator assigned to the customers
