About the role

  • Investigating and troubleshooting all invoices needing review
  • Identifying and verifying rates and guidelines in the Client/Carrier contract prior to approving payments
  • Working with the client to identify issues and offer suggestions on improving their carrier contracts
  • Providing auditing services on behalf of the customers
  • Monitoring and auditing incoming invoices from transportation companies using the internal automated audit system
  • Daily contact with relevant transportation companies and clients in the EMEA and APAC regions to correct faults and request credit invoices
  • Collaborating closely with the Account Coordinator assigned to these customers

Requirements

  • College/University degree (or equal by working experience)
  • Previous transportation experience preferred
  • Ability to be detail-oriented in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
  • Optimistic, positive thinker and team player
  • Ability to be flexible and handle changes efficiently
  • Fluent in English, where a second or third language is a plus
