About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client AWS infrastructure operations.
- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure the availability and performance of the client’s AWS services.
- Implement and maintain security policies according to established guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for cost and performance optimization.
- Establish and maintain a close relationship with the client.
- Keep operational procedures documentation up to date.
- Participate in the planning and execution of client projects.
Requirements
- Clear communication and attention to detail.
- Punctuality and responsibility with deadlines and schedules.
- Ability to produce technical documentation for use by the team and clients.
- Hands-on experience with a broad range of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Experience configuring and managing AWS security policies, IAM roles, Security Groups, Cognito, and implementing security best practices.
- Infrastructure automation skills using tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Knowledge of backup and data recovery strategies in AWS environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and auditing tools such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
- Experience participating in incident resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
