About the role
- Coordinate logistics for Saturday colloquium sessions, ensuring materials, spaces, and communications are organized and seamlessly executed.
- Manage the day-to-day projects that keep the fellowship running smoothly.
- Support project planning, timelines, and communications across the Fellowship programs.
- Take a highly people-centered approach to relationship building with fellows, serving as a reliable point of contact and support.
- Support the facilitation of DLI Colloquial Sessions, fostering community, learning, and growth among the cohorts.
- Conduct regular check-ins with fellows to assess progress, gather feedback, and strengthen their engagement with the program.
- Support fellows through the management of the fellowship newsletter, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication and connection.
- Support the collection and tracking of fellowship data, including participation, engagement, and outcome metrics.
- Utilize internal systems to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date, informing continuous program improvement
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelors Degree and bring 2-3 years experience in education, nonprofits, or training environments, with possible backgrounds in nonprofit program management, HR/people operations, or training and development.
- You demonstrate strong project management skills, with excellent organization and the ability to keep complex programs on track.
- You take a people-centered approach, building strong relationships and prioritizing the experience and well-being of the fellows you support.
- You are a capable facilitator who can confidently support sessions and actively engage adult learners.
- You are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments, with availability to work Saturdays to support in-person and virtual sessions.
- You center equity and are passionate about developing leaders who reflect the communities they serve.
