• Coordinate logistics for Saturday colloquium sessions, ensuring materials, spaces, and communications are organized and seamlessly executed.
• Manage the day-to-day projects that keep the fellowship running smoothly.
• Support project planning, timelines, and communications across the Fellowship programs.
• Take a highly people-centered approach to relationship building with fellows, serving as a reliable point of contact and support.
• Support the facilitation of DLI Colloquial Sessions, fostering community, learning, and growth among the cohorts.
• Conduct regular check-ins with fellows to assess progress, gather feedback, and strengthen their engagement with the program.
• Support fellows through the management of the fellowship newsletter, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication and connection.
• Support the collection and tracking of fellowship data, including participation, engagement, and outcome metrics.
• Utilize internal systems to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date, informing continuous program improvement
