About the role
- Provide high-quality, customer-focused technical support for local and regional service cases
- Take full ownership of service cases and coordinate resolution with service and sales teams
- Diagnose challenges, deliver solutions, and engage directly with customers to exceed expectations
- Share lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement across teams
- Conduct on-site visits (approx. 30 days/year) to resolve complex issues and strengthen customer relationships
- Collaborate with EMEA Technical Support Team, Sales Companies, Service Partners, and Customers to ensure timely, effective service delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Firsthand knowledge of variable speed drives
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Familiarity with SAP
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Openness to adopting new digital tools
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; structured, customer-oriented, initiative-taking learner
- Ability to travel regionally as needed (approx. 30 days/year)
