About the role
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including order entry, credits/debits, delivery follow-up, and invoicing in SAP
- Serve as primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and documentation requests
- Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships in collaboration with the sales team
- Analyze order patterns, flag deviations, and suggest improvements
- Collect and analyze customer and order data to drive process optimization
- Support finance with invoice collection and resolve related issues
- Collaborate with sales managers and demand planners to ensure accurate forecasting and customer communication
- Manage light accounts independently and support sales managers with key accounts
- Maintain up-to-date price information and accurate customer data in the database
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Support and promote Dutch language learning within the team; company provides courses if needed
Requirements
- MBO 4 or HBO degree (commercial/business background preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales support, customer service, or comparable commercial role
- Strong experience with order processing and administration; SAP knowledge is a big plus
- Fluent in English (professional level, written and spoken)
- Dutch language skills preferred; willingness to learn considered an asset
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Team player with ability to work independently and proactively
- Customer-focused mindset and strong commercial awareness
- Willingness to commute to Gorinchem office 4 days per week (hybrid: 1 day remote, 4 days on-site)
