About the role
- Lead and inspire a group of 8-10 high performing Dandy Account Executives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and drive performance objectives
- Be a hands-on coach and develop the team on a continuous basis
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions
- Manage escalations and help reps navigate challenging deals
- Be an expert in product and process to unblock team members
- Operate with an ownership mentality
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota carrying experience
- 2+ years sales management experience, managing at least 5+ sales reps
- Proven record of success in a high velocity/high volume sales environment
- Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Experience in motivating a team to fill their calendar with outbound prospecting when needed
- Must be intellectually curious - continuously educate yourself on our customer’s industry
